Boavista offers a trio of flexible arm wall lamp reader lights, each with their own unique design and elements. The first style is a simplistic round backplate, the flexible arm protrudes from the top of the plate and leads to the slim cylindrical 3W spotlight. On the second design the flexible arm is fixed to the front of a rectangular backplate, the 3W spotlight is hosted by a cube head to complement the shape of the plate. The third wall light offers a slightly larger wattage and larger surface area of LEDs to provide more light coverage. The 5W LEDs are encased in a shallow, ring spotlight head at the end of the flexible arm which is fixed to the top of the round backplate. All three wall lamps are switched, have a 3000K colour temperature and are available in either a white or black colour finish. This monochrome collection provides an array of options suitable for reader purposes.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 – 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received the order. We will send you an email once the order has left our premises with expected delivery date.
If for any reason we encounter a problem with processing your order then we will notify you of the expected delay. However, if you find this delay is unacceptable for any reason you have the right to cancel and we will refund any monies paid.
All orders over £70.00 will be sent free of charge by courier. Orders less than £70.00 will incur a delivery charge of £6.50

Payment
Full payment for all orders will be taken when the order is placed. Payments can be made via Shopify gateway using major credit/debit cards.
Shopify gateway protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use Shopify gateway, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
Returns Policy
Superior lighting offers a 60-day returns policy starting the day after delivery of your order, providing the goods have not been installed, assembled or modified and are still in as new condition in the original packaging with all accessories that were sent with them. You must notify us in writing by email: sales@superiorlighting.co.uk a telephone call is not sufficient. Proof of purchase is needed for all returns. Please note - if you require an exchange, outbound carriage charges will apply.
For unwanted items the customer is responsible for any return carriage. The customer is responsible for the loss or damage when returning the goods, so please pack the good well and you should take out enough insurance to cover the value. The total order amount including the original delivery cost will be paid within 30 days of our receiving the goods. Superior lighting reserve the right to charge a 25% re-stocking fee if the request to return the goods is outside the 14-day period.
Shortages or Damages
Notification of any shortages or damages must be notified to us within 14 days after delivery of your order by e-mail: sales@superiorlighting.co.uk A telephone call is not sufficient. If the shortages or damages are reported after the 14 days replacement parts will be chargeable. Superior lighting cannot accept responsibility after this period.
Faulty Goods
Notification of faulty goods must be sent to us by e-mail: sales@superiorlighting.co.uk A telephone call is not sufficient. Faulty goods must be sent back to Superior lighting for inspection, the customer is responsible for any return carriage. If found to have a fault you will be offered a refund or an exchange. The return carriage for this will only be refunded if a fault is found after being inspected.
